Charecteristics

● For hard facing overlay onto cast iron mold directly,
especially for re-copy.
● For repair bead R bending problem and reinforce a CAM or a Flange Dies
● Weld deposit will obtain standard hard chrome coating, no
peeling off and uneven surface problems.
● Easy to weld, beautiful weld deposit, no blowhole problems,
and resulting crack resistance characteristics.

Hardness Range
1^st layer as welded  : 28 ~ 32 HRC
2^nd layer as welded  : 20 ~ 30 HRC
3^rd layer as welded  :  20 ~ 30 HRC
