DESCRIPTIONS
For hard facing overlay onto tool steel and flame hardening steel mold.
MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
Hardness as welded : 38 ~ 42 HRC
Cooled down and tempered at 200ºC : 58 ~ 62 HRC
Quenching Temperature : 1,000~1,050 ºC (in oil / air)
Annealing Temperature : 830~880 ºC (in furnace)
Tempering Temperature : 150~200 ºC (in air)

Tool steel and flame hardening steel mold such as DC 53, DCMX, SKD 11, SLD, AUD 11
